| Considering TAC’s overall expertise in monitoring and analyzing
developing countries, the geographic scope of the country strategy
studies is pretty large, ranging from all major Asian countries
to most Latin American “heavy weights”, and including
Central and eastern Europe, ex-USSR countries, the Middle East,
North Africa, and Southern Africa. Our ability to conduct such strategic
studies on Sub-Saharan African countries has been greatly enhanced
by the arrival of Jean-Pierre Patat, Deputy representative of the
French President Jacques Chirac to the NEPAD, as a senior adviser.
TAC has conducted more than 10 country strategy studies over the
past ten years, mostly for large international banks and industrial
multinationals, covering the following countries: South Africa,
South Korea, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Thailand, Vietnam, India,
and Brazil.
